Robert Burns Pub Reviews

Very nice local pub. It has two pools table and they even have a pool tournament. Good place to take a drink if you live close by. Nice ambience and friendly staff. Some renovations will be good.

It's small, quaint, and Dodgey in the best possible way. As a tourist I was welcomed in, despite a very local vibe. Everyone spoke English, which is good or bad depending on preference. As a solely English speaker I had no problems. They do rudimentary food, a couple beers on tap, and shots. Lots of shots. The few times I've been here I've seen the local do indeed love their shots. A local pub which has been around for a very long time serving tradition drinks mostly for locals. Not crowded at all on busy evenings & nights. This is located from the hustle & bustle in a very residential area. They have to find a way to promote themselves and standout from the bars on the major streets in NDG.
