Merveilleuse soirée hier avec un service aux petits oignons, une ambiance à la fois cozy et festive avec un choix intéressant en matière de vins. Un menu dégustation généreux pour seulement 75 $, c’est très très raisonnable. Coup de cœur pour le tartare! J’y retournerai sans hésiter.

This restaurant is a team of delightful food & wine geeks doing what they do best - the ambiance is casual & hospitable; the food is off the charts & the wine is thoughtful & mostly European. We had their famous leek dish, a hamachi crudo with parsnips (!!), a roasted corn dish with mild peppers, chamomile crème & tarragon, & a classic pork with fennel & apples. The wine list is excellent, focusing on natural wines that are approachable, with staff putting thought into helping guests choose. The service and vibe are often described as sublime, and the entire crew is friendly and welcoming. The halibut is a particular standout and the chicken shines bright. It is great fun to watch the chefs at work from the bar. The team is friendly, funny, attentive, and cares so much about the food, the wine, and the guest experience. This dining experience is truly memorable and the star of a trip to Montreal.
