Worst service i have ever had. I patiently waited this morning while the cashier did not know how to answer the questions of the woman in front of me which took a while, there was no one else but me. As i waited i must have moved a bit to the left of the cashier, during this time 2 other people came in. When my turn finally came, the man said because i am standing to the left and not to the right in line he will not serve me!!!! He knew i was there all this time because he even spoke to me while talking to the first lady. VERY RUDE to make me leave like that while all i did was just wait patiently and respectfully. Very rude and unlike second cup

I don't even have the words, or maybe disgusting, I ordered a sandwich and the bread was hard dry inedible with no sauce just a piece of turkey placed between the slices. What a disgusting service

I go to this cafe every day despite the small problems!! this cafe always closes before closing time wish is so annoying oh and one of the employees always closes her oven two hours early and also it's the most unpleasant they look super stupid it seems like we're bothering Brieff other than that the staff is really nice and the coffee is really good
