Shawarmaz UQAM is a highly-recommended restaurant with a superb ambiance, friendly staff, and fantastic food. The Shawarma Mix Plater and 1 kg Shawarma Viande are particularly delicious. The restaurant is clean, with comfortable tables and restrooms, making it a great spot for families. While prices may be higher than similar restaurants, the food is amazing, but be aware that some dishes can be very spicy. The meat and fries are very good. They are also open until late, which is a really good point. The service is very expeditious, but customers mention that they do not have enough time to understand how it works and feel like they are disturbing when asking for explanations. The mixed meat bowl with a fantastic selection of ingredients and sauces was also highlighted. The large size was perfect for 2 people, it was quite a lot of food. The falafel wrap with saj was crispy and super delicious. The 24 piece mixed platter was more than enough for four hungry adults. The staff was amazing, with great hospitality, and a smile on their face. There was parking available on the street as well.
