Very good but expensive Thai food. Brought a friend to the restaurant and meal for 2 with only one beer came to over $200. Good portions, high quality and good vegan options
A separate vegan menu with some decent choices. I had the masaman curry which was delicious and my friend had the mango salad and spring rolls which she raved about!
Olivier was our server tonight and he was extraordinary. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. His attention to detail and genuine warmth made the entire experience unforgettable. He felt like family - and good service is all about connection! Thanks for a great night. I’d recommend a visit to anyone - hopefully you’re lucky enough to get Olivier as your server.

This place is a straight class act. The staff is friendly, the food is full of flavor and even the ambiance is amazing. Great place for date nights. Ask for a side car drink, they make them extremely well here. Highlight is definitely the filet pad see. I like my food as hot as they can make it, so just ask them to punch you, and they will deliver. My favorite restaurant in all of Montreal.
Oliver is a great waiter if he is working. He will make sure you have a great time.

We visited Siam Center-ville twice during our two weeks in Montreal—once on the terrace and once inside (the second time the wind kept the terrace closed). Both experiences were extraordinary.
This is not “traditional Thai food” in the expected sense—it’s classic Thai elevated in a contemporary style, and it absolutely works. So often so-called “fusion” restaurants fail to fuse, but here every dish felt thoughtful, balanced, and true to its roots while offering something new.
Highlights from our meals:
The chicken dumplings were so good we ordered them again on our second night. The sauce alone was worth coming back for—layered, bold, and addictive.
The beef satay was marinated to perfection, with just the right char for an extra depth of flavor.
The Massaman curry was sublime. Instead of small strips of beef, it came with a large, thick cut—melt-in-your-mouth tender and deeply satisfying.
The fried rice (Kao Cluk Ka Pi) was unlike any fried rice we’ve had before. The use of shrimp paste lifted the dish to something really special.
Even the Pad Thai, often a safe but forgettable choice elsewhere, was elevated here and stood out as a highlight.
The restaurant itself is stylish and elegant, reminiscent of fine dining in Asia, but not overdone. Service was warm, professional, and perfectly paced—no rush, no long waits. The wine list and cocktails complemented the menu well.
And, as visitors from the San Francisco Bay Area, we couldn’t help but notice: for food and service of this caliber, the value is outstanding.
Our only regret? Discovering Siam Center-ville near the end of our trip. If we’d found it sooner, we would have gone back a third time without hesitation.
A gem in Montreal—highly recommended.

Our server Olivier (zeitonah) was excellent, very courteous and engaging. The food was spot on and the atmosphere was perfect. Place was packed but still the noise level was very low and we could converse easily.

We had a fantastic dining experience at Siam Centre-Ville recently. Our dishes: cocounut shrimp skewers, fried duck wontons, and pad kra pao moo, were so flavourful, fresh tasting and delicious! Our server Rosemarie was friendly, kind, professional, and attentive. The restaurant's ambiance was warm and welcoming. Would definitely return. Highly recommended!

The food was great although a bit overpriced. The service was disappointing. We felt like our waiter forgot about us at many times in the evening. We took the Table d'hôte but left without having our coffee because we've waited an hour to see our waiter again after the last service. So we asked for the check instead, and had to wait another 20 minutes to receive it. Our waiter also confused our plates with the table next to us two times.

Really beautiful inside and out. My son said that the pad Thai was the best he had ever had. I personally wished it could've had a vegetable or two in it but you know, that's just me but it was really truly delicious. Shrimp spring rolls were awesome, as was the sangria rose. Pricey for sure and server was very busy so start if service was quite slow but better with getting food out quickly, etc. They have allergen menu which clearly labels which allergens are in each dish and if modifiable, which is incredibe.

I had a wonderful experience at Siam Centre-Ville! As someone with celiac disease, I truly appreciated that they provided me with an allergen menu right away, which made choosing my meal much easier. While they understandably can’t guarantee 100% against cross-contamination, it was clear that the kitchen staff are careful and well-informed, which gave me peace of mind. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious! The terrace is beautiful and creates such a great atmosphere, and the service was quick and attentive. Highly recommend!
