Wouldn't give my friend her birthday drink because she didn't have the app installed? So we installed it and then was informed it had to be installed for a month??? Making up rules now???

2025 Hasn’t changed much physically but culture seemed not very friendly or helpful. No clear sign where line up was, the server wasn’t standing behind the counter. A lot of people were standing around waiting for their orders. Had to chase around a server to get the security code for the bathroom. Location is great. Culture not so much. I used to really like this Starbucks. I went somewhere else. There were vacant tables though.

Very nice Starbucks. Across from Bell Centre and underneath the new Provigo. Sometimes hard to find a vacant table.

Yesterday on October 24th at around 4pm, I received horrible customer service. I had ordered an iced latte - and when I received it and had my first sip, it was warm. So I kindly asked for some more ice. What then happened was mind boggling. The lady preparing my drink proceeded to dump half the cup into the sink - half the cup of an iced latte that I carefully curated and paid for an extra shot of espresso - gone to waste! When I said she should have told me she was going to waste the drink, her other colleague rudely interrupted and turned this into a huge ordeal. Then tells me she won’t make another drink because of “wasted product” that her colleague literally dumped into the sink. So my exact point! She is telling me, the customer who is complaining about wasting my own hard earned money, about product that her own colleague wasted. Truly abhorrent customer service and behavior displayed by the two ladies I interacted with. Not the lady who took my order who was very good - but the woman preparing the drink and what looked like the store manager. Never coming back…

horrible atmosphere the couches are literally ripped it feels gross to sit in, change ur couches its the least i can get from a coffee shop if im paying for atmosphere. Anyways great employees though

Can someone works at Starbucks teach everyone how to order tea latte on app when tea latte is not even on the app menu? Highly appreciated if anyone can educate our customers. If not, stop being so rude to customers
