Already charging premium on the product but providing discriminating service? Well done Starbucks!! Since there is no longer tea latte on the menu for Canadian customers to order, a customer, who now is not getting her justice, ordered a tea with milk and received this hand-written message? Even after she confronted the staff and staff couldn’t find out this product on the app either, she was still not getting an apology? And how does that even make sense? Like why would customer pay to get insulted? What a joke this store! Shut down the business already! Saw this on the social media and please share and make Starbucks do the wrong thing!

First, you host loud bands outside your store on weeknights driving the residents mad, and now I hear, you’re writing rude comments on paying customers’ cups? You clearly do not care about the community at all. Shame on you!

I’m extremely disappointed by the behavior of the staff at this Starbucks location. Some employees displayed a clear lack of professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and basic courtesy. It’s unacceptable for a brand that claims to value diversity and customer service. If Starbucks is serious about maintaining a positive relationship with its customers, immediate action should be taken to address the conduct of staff members who demonstrate ignorance, racism, or a lack of proper training. I’m giving 2 stars to ensure this feedback is visible and not automatically filtered out. Btw, the coffee you bought here is NOT good and unhealthy: not environmentally friendly, corn syrup, artificial flavors, low quality dairy selections, and very average coffee beans.

To the barista at this Starbucks: Don’t act smart while showing how ignorant you really are. If you’re racist, you should never be working in customer service. You’re a disgrace. You should be ashamed—not just of your attitude, but for failing to respect the diverse and inclusive world we live in.
