Starbucks

Nice clean, airy, bright Starbucks right in front of the Bell Center. A small outdoor seating area in warmer weather.

Staff are always working and moving, but never seems to have trouble staying on top of orders. Staff has always been pleasant and friendly and bilingual, my orders have always been good. No bad experiences. Not a big coffee drinker, but when I do want frothy and sweet coffee-like beverages, this is one of my favourite Starbucks cafés in the city.

I usually order ahead, and can easily and quickly pick up my order. It feels comfortable stopping in, very consistent and pleasant. I've never had trouble getting a stool to sit on if needed, and there's plenty of space when waiting for your order.

Maybe plan ahead if you know there'll be a sudden flood of people waiting to go in or all coming out of the Bell Center at once.

I often order a box of coffee from this location and I've noticed inconsistency with the service. Sometimes they let me buy a side of syrup to mix and sometimes they don't. When they don't, they don't really give me an explanation; they just stand there staring at each other like confused headless chicken.
Never had any issues with other Starbucks. Sad

I had excellent service with beautiful smiles that matched Starbucks. When a Barista takes the time to draw me a drawing on my coffee it's because the service stands out even more.

Je suis venue prendre un café, et quelle déception de voir la façon dont les travailleurs traitent leur clientèle! Pas de bonjour ni de bonne journée, j’avais l’impression que j’étais en train de les déranger vu le ton de voix employé pour me parler. Je ne reviendrai plus là bas, à fuir, il ya beaucoup d’autres starbucks à montréal qui offrent un meilleur service.
