Went to grab a few drinks after a concert. The place was packed solid, 10:30pm…but the staff did SO GOOD!!We left at 11pm, our drinks in hand and so grateful for the friendly, smiling staff!!
I do like the location and layout. Great for informal business coffee meetings.

Extremely rude service. Employees are always snapping at customers whenever they ask a question. One of them rolled their eyes at me when I asked for an extra cup. My Frappuccino came with large chunks of ice still in it. Absolutely the worse Starbucks I’ve visited.

I came on my birthday and the employee was very arrogant. He didn't understand why I’m allowed to get a free drink… Even though I had the code on my starbucks app. 12-11-23 at 8:30 pm. He spoke to me in a bad way and made me feel extremely bad. Starbucks make a better job at teaching all your employees how to be respectful to customers. Very disappointed…

I did not give it 5 stars because the seating area is not clean; I was the first customer around 6:30 AM and there were food crumbs and coffee stains on many tables, even the floor.
Going almost every morning and the tall guy with black glasses always give me way too much attitude and it’s starting to be very annoying, but most of the time, everyone is super sweet and kind ?
