I went to this Starbucks, and the bartender called KAITY was simply very disrespectful. had the worst attitude, threatening and impolite. Starbucks should have good customer service and treat clients who are the ones that keep the business running. People like this lady should NOT REPRESENT YOUR BRAND.

Very dirty sitting area, even just after opening in the morning, Staff missed up names and order, and after all the closing time this summer they didn't find enough time to deep clean especially the ceiling

Poor customer service and worst experience! We placed a mobile order , we requested a medium sunsera and it was estimated to be ready within 3to 6 minutes, instead they got it ready within 25 minutes, when the girl handed me the coffee she didn't apologize for the late order and she answered the girl forgot to prepare the coffee ! Very poor customer service!
Frankly, it's full and there's just one open cash register. The line to collect and the line to order is 10 to 15 people long and it's a minimum of 15 minutes before being served and to collect no better

I waited 30 minutes to receive my drink and it was the wrong recipe. When I asked to do it again I was told that it was not possible. For my other drink, they used old fruit which made my drink brown… (it was a pink drink)
