Frankly, it's full and there's just one open cash register. The line to collect and the line to order is 10 to 15 people long and it's a minimum of 15 minutes before being served and to collect no better

I waited 30 minutes to receive my drink and it was the wrong recipe. When I asked to do it again I was told that it was not possible. For my other drink, they used old fruit which made my drink brown…
(it was a pink drink)

I give 2 stars because yes the drink was good but the cashier had a hard time putting a smile on her face in addition to having to cry about a dog who is in a completely CLOSED bag that even the grocery stores let me have it with me...then its speak to his colleague in a low voice to say that they only accept assistance dogs....well my dear if you would have asked me for the paper I would have shown it to you but you won't let me tell you that my dog is a service dog but she is still in training so when there are a lot of people I put her in her bag...I was in a hurry so I let my partner go into the corridor with the dog as you asked me quite stupid.... but if I would have been alone I would have just been refused service while my dog ​​is accepted EVERYWHERE because it is precisely a assistance dog. I agree, she didn't have her harness which says she is a service dog...but you could have asked the question....as I say the drink is good...but your customer service leaves so much to be desired that I would have been Better served at McDonalds.

Terrible experience today. Starbucks is usually my go-to, but the service was unbelievably slow. I waited over 25 min for my order, and it wasn’t even busy. Definitely not worth the wait. Disappointed

That's the last time I stand in line for 10 minutes with not on of 5 employees even looking up. All I want is a straightforward coffee with cream. One employee slowly playing barista; two talking while waiting for a breakfast sandwich to heat; two by the cash discussing something much deeper than customer service.
Not the first time this happens in multiple Starbucks - must be the culture.
