I would like to share my recent experience at Starbucks, where I had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious crunchy caramel frappuccino. However, what really stood out for me was Jade's exceptional service. Not only does she have a magnificent smile that lights up the room, but she demonstrates great joviality, remarkable efficiency and exemplary professionalism. Many thanks to Jade for making my visit so enjoyable and memorable!

Most of the time i order cold drinks.. frappuccino or ? matcha..but always there is difference between Starbucks Laval & Starbucks place Vertu....in place Vertu they provide the cold drinks not in transparent cups☹️..and also when i add whipped cream on the top..they mix it in the drink ? so i prefer Starbucks Laval and give them 5/5

I did a mobile order on dec 27th at around 9h30. It was a guy that made my drink. Whenever I order and its him making my drink, it always HITS the spotEverytime I order I hope he's my barista. Also I hope both sides of his pillow is cold at night. Truly deserves an award Love him xoxo
