J'ai vraiment préféré l'ancien menu d'il y a 6 mois avec la burrata et les pâtes farci à la courge. Le nouveau menu n'est vraiment pas venu me chercher. L'ambiance aussi était meilleur avant nôtre serveur au bar n'était pas top. Je ne reviendrai pas malheureusement.

Nous avons pris le menu découverte 4 services, la nourriture était excellente, on s'est regalé à chaque plats. On a pu goûter à plusieurs plats du menu, ça en vaut vraiment la peine! Les portions sont généreuses et que dire du service... On se sent bien et tout le monde est très attentionné. Vraiment une adresse incontournable à Montréal !

My partner and I went to Stellina on a Tuesday night, and we had an amazing date experience with good wine (we ordered the cheapest bottle—which was 53 cad) The food was amazing, from the entry to the main course. A special shoutout to the Taglioni with buffalo butter and the Risotto with parm cream and sage. I can say that one of the best aspects of the restaurant was the service. When tasting the wine, they served both me and her, not only me. It's a small detail, but it says a lot about the core values at Stellina. One thing that didn't sit right with us was the noise. For a Tuesday night, the place was packed, and we were initially seated at the regular tables. Honestly, we couldn't hear each other. Luckily, we managed to get moved to the table at the open kitchen—the best thing we did. It was incredible to see the chefs at work and enjoy our date. Overall: 4.5/5.

We are at the chef's table and interacted with our waiter, Holden, the wine steward, the front end manager and several of the chef's staff. Amazing experience from the "show" in the open kitchen to the wine to the incredible entrees. Can't recommended highly enough. Will return!

Wow! Never heard of buffalo butter but what a fantastic way to make pasta. We also had the bone marrow ravioli which was awesome. If we lived in Montreal we would go to Stellina all the time. Service was great!
