Stem Bar offers incredible and surprising dishes with multiple flavors in every bite. The atmosphere is cool, with a lovely setup for trying new tapas-style dishes. The wine selection is impressive, with a beautiful proposition of wine glasses and bottles. Enjoy interesting food and drinks, including a cloudy orange wine, in a unique dining experience. Servers are really friendly and know the menu. Brussels sprouts with their sauce are a challenge to make taste good, and they are crispy and chewy. Deviled eggs are a hit. Savoury pancakes are fluffy and buttery. Onglet steak and trout croquette are delicious. Burrata with salty pancakes is also a good option. The flétan and tomato dish are also available. Stem Bar is a nice and trendy spot, great for sharing plates and wine with friends, and a perfect place to hang out on a summer evening on the terrasse. They ask about allergies when you order.
