Subway provides great service, but the freshness of ingredients can be inconsistent. Some customers have reported receiving cold and soggy sandwiches, especially when certain employees are working. The new "numbered" menu may take some getting used to, and some sandwiches can be over-sauced. However, the staff is generally nice, and the sandwiches can be great. There's even a rumored "secret recipe" for a 25-inch mega sub with special sauce, but be prepared for some resistance from the staff.
