While the staff was kind, I found black hair at the bottom of my parfait and I was overall already bothered by the smell of the restaurant. Was not my first time.

Tried to come here last night (Saturday) around 9:30pm and they were closed. Just passed by on a Sunday 4:30pm and they’re also closed. Looks sus like they might be out of business? Someone should update their open/closed status on Google Maps if so.

Ordered online for pick up, fairly simple order for mixed dongzhi (only two flavors).They didn't process the order so had to wait longer to get it. They did jump on it.Place is small and alright...

Best Taiwanese / Chinese / Fusion desserts and food around! Try the Tofu Fa or Sweet Pudding Dessert—also their popcorn chicken is fantastic as well!

Waited 4hours before receiving our order.

Waited 30 mins, we asked them when our order would be ready they said soon. We arrived before 3 tables. Put in our order first. When we told them we were going to leave since every other tables were receiving their orders, he told us: because their orders are more expensive. Understaffed. Heard microwave being used a few times for hot food items. Tables stink. The staff got mad at us for leaving. He chose money over quality of his service, what did he expect. The audacity. -100/5

The food is really good, I got the marshmallow toast, but it took an hour to get my order. The website does mention a 15 minute cooking time, but I ordered at 8h27 and got it at 9h25. Ridiculous wait time.I had the exact same experience a few months ago, I figured it may be that they were short staff that day or something, so I let it slide...but clearly it's the norm.Please work on this, I really want to come back and enjoy the food, but I can't sit there an hour each time.

The shaved ice here has a lot of customization possible and is very good and refreshing. We took mango shaved ice and popping yoghurt + lychee jelly

Disappointed with my Japanese Sukiyaki chicken soup. The chicken patty (probably frozen and put in the oven) as well as the egg were cold. The broth didn't have much flavor and the vegetables still tasted like steam. However, the desserts looked good. I will come back to taste the desserts, but not the hot dishes.
