Food was good , service was bad and the staff doesn’t speak English. Once you are seated they forget about you .

- Hair appeared inside the sushi
- One waitress always spoke with a bad impolite tone, even asked us to reduce the number of orders
- She dropped our orders/plates on the table loudly and handed us so we helped her to hold. It was not crowded at all
- Some orders were missing
- The 18% tip option was the default instead of 15%
- There are way better all you can eat sushi nearby with normal service and more food choices
- AVOID AT ALL COST

the food was horrible, rice was dry and felt like it had been out for hours, mangoes were rock hard. the food was so bad that i couldn’t eat more (i had three pieces) when i asked to talk to a manager a rude woman who was not even the manager came to my table. i calmly expressed my dislike for the food to which she responded “well no one else has complained” in a very condescending tone. when i asked if anything could be done, she showed no understanding and was being very dismissive. she refused to give any compromise and stated i had to pay full price despite have literally three pieces of sushi. i feel that food quality was not up to standard and neither was the service. i would not recommend this restaurant at all.

Odd selection in fish. No tuna on the menu, fond that odd. Service was a bit slow. Worth checking out.

Service was too slow, then food came in small portions. very salty or not cooked well and some food doesn’t resemble the menu. Common tricks.

I’ve never been anywhere where the owner treats the staff so well. Five minutes before closing, a man came in saying there was a large group who planned to spend a lot of money. Instead of chasing the extra cash, the owner simply said, “My staff are exhausted, and we close in five minutes — I don’t want to overexert them.” That level of respect for employees is rare and so admirable.

The owner was also incredibly kind and understanding, even holding my table while I stepped out briefly. The food was delicious and came out right away. The doughnuts were absolutely to die for. Overall, a very fun and memorable experience. Highly recommend

The staff there were amazing. When we decided to take sushi to go instead they were so accommodating. The order was prepared quickly and the sushi was tasty and excellent quality.

Food was okay... servers acted like we were inconveniencing them by being there. Their menu suggests using two phones to order and then the waiter came over to tell us to use one phone as if we should have known that. Really uncomfortable to eat there.

Ordering process was almost impossible without instructions, food quality was poor, no prices on anything, hugely expensive for what we had (small plate of noodles, edamame beans and popcorn chicken all came to 110 Canadian dollars) this is one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. It gave all of us food poisoning

The ordering system was phenomenal, and there was a lot of variety for dishes. Will definitely be coming back here.

Aggressive atmosphere, rude staff, and I would prefer week old stale sushi over whatever I was served. Anything to do with being cooked was either insanely undercooked, or tasted like it got caught in the midst of a house fire. Staff were also rude, loud, and seemed like they'd rather be filing taxes then working here. Cherry on top is the disgusting bathrooms, and 40 dollars for this abomination of a meal.

This was the worst restaurant experience of my life. I encountered the most disrespectful manager I’ve ever seen — absolutely zero respect for customers.
