Ordered uber eats from this place and it was not good. One of the worst sushi I've had. I got the spicy Salmon, rainbow, kamikaze and California makis. The salmon in all the rolls (except rainbow) was grounded up and mixed with panko, which had a weird smokey flavor. I felt like they're trying to cheap out on the salmon by mixing it with panko and the sushis just didn't taste good. The best sushi was the rainbow but it wasn't that great either. Would not order again and would not recommend.

I will write this review as I sit and watch these gentlemen make sushi. It is Valentine's Day, they are overloaded with orders and takeaway... and they hustle, but they do not lose their cool, composure, or dignity. I am very impressed. I will update this review after I eat if necessary, but these guys are professional and on point.

I really like Sushi Yumi. Very good Sushi at a reasonable price point. Mr. Lee, the proprietor and Sushi chef is a very nice and kind person. I always call in my orders and they’re always ready on time and he always greets me with a smile. It’s really a takeout place more than a dine-in place even though they have a few tables so don’t expect much in terms of atmosphere if you’re planning to eat there. My only complaint is that they could use with a little more variety of rolls (I have dietary restrictions and don’t eat seafood like shrimps and crab). But other than that, it’s really excellent if you want to eat sushi at home.Vegetarian options: Ask for the veggie tempura rolls. They’re not on the menu but they’re amazing.

A restaurant or a discothèque ? Extra loud music (the poor DJ must be deaf), one cannot have a conversation without having to shout! The server was condescendant. The prices are outreageous: the half rack (three ribs!) of (New Zealand?) lamb with a meagre garnishing was SEVENTY-FIVE dollars! But the place is trendy they said... You’d have a more pleasant dinner half a block away at Le Pois penché

Fantastic sushi. I tried alot of spots in Montreal but this place is consistently great quality. We usually take the Maki Lovers Deluxe with edamame. 100% Delicious ! Support your Local Restaurants and Shops!

I called to make an order everything was good I went to pick it up a guy was talking on the phone and 2 others were just standing in the kitchen so I told the guy that wasn’t talking on the phone that I’m here to pick up and order so he nods then the guy talking on the phone yells at me saying “one second I said one second “ so I stay quiet in shock then I pay take my order and leave when I eat it the salmon isn’t fresh at all and I was literally pulling to take a bite the rest didn’t taste good so honestly save your money and don’t go there

First time trying this restaurant ( take out ) We decided to order 12 different sushis on the menu. All were great! I have to say that I was a bit septic because I have my regular place but I think I just adopted a new Suhi spot Definitely recommended. Enjoy!!!!

A hidden gem in Montreal! Discovered this place a few years ago and since then I’ve never been disappointed. The freshest sushi you can find in Montreal at a very reason Price! The restaurant is owned by a very sweet family. If you want to support a family owned restaurant that serves the best sushi in Montreal, totally need to check this place out.

Sushi Yu Mi has been my go 2 place for Sushi and was my choice to celebrate Valentine's Day at home. Pick up was ready and contained the spicy mayo that I requested.My wife loved the sushi. I suffered however from a common personal occurrence that the ingredients might be different but each piece of sushi tastes the same. Is it fresh frozen, ingredients or my choices??

Great portions, yummy and fresh sushi. We always get great service, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. When I was pregnant, I was so grateful they had options with cooked shrimp, lobster, eel, and chicken + all of their tofu and other veggie options. Sushi Yu Mi is the sushi spot to go to in Westmount!
