Adorable and attentive owners who know how to put you at ease. On the other hand, very long waiting time (even if taken away) around 35 minutes for 30 sushi when there was no one else in the restaurant, which reduces the customer experience a little. Otherwise good and fresh sushi. Good value for money!

I randomly stopped here to use the washroom, ended up trying out their fresh spring rolls. I must say I eat a lot of south east Asian food and this has to be my top pick for what Ive tried on their menu so far!I will definitely be coming back!!

Love these people and their delicious food, warm spirit, food from the heart. I leave there always feeling rejuvenated. Their broth is on point and always hits the spot, especially on a cold night.Thank you !

Tataki is a small shop owned by a wonderful couple making wonderful family friendly sushi and asian food. It is our go to place when around Duluth and very nicely make for days when cooking sounds like a chore, and one of those gems hidden in Le Plateau that we will always recommend for a take-out or quick stop.

This place was a colossal disappointment. The male owner's behavior was unsettling, bordering on creepy. He seemed to be lording over the female owner, handling the dishes so recklessly that one even hurt my girlfriend's hand. The dishes were nowhere near clean, and the food was just passable, especially compared to the numerous top-notch Vietnamese and sushi spots in Montreal. The real shock came as we left, visibly dissatisfied - he had the audacity to hurl racially charged insults at us. Looking back, the glowing reviews here seem suspiciously disconnected from our experience. People should be fully aware of what they're stepping into at this establishment.

Coming from Vancouver sashimi is often disappointing But their tuna was so melt in your mouth fresh. Yum! Also they are so friendly and nice and their sushi is beautifully presented obviously with love and their space is adorable.

My friends and I were hesitant at this small place at first. However, BEST HOLE IN THE WALL RESTAURANT EVER!!! Amazing fresh sushi for an absolutely amazing price. The chefs were so kind and cheerful and couldn’t have made it a better experience for us americans. They even made a free plate for my friend who wasn’t ordering anything. Could not have expected a better experience. All my love and thanks goes out to those people. God bless♥️

Came in with a group of six to eat in restaurant and were sat immediately on a Friday night. The sushi was very reasonably priced and was AMAZING!! The service was also great, they added little touches like strawberries cut into flowers. Would definitely recommen!

Went by myself to this place and the lady seemed very judgmental that I came in alone then when I asked about having more then one sushi roll she said “no only one for you” the salmon wasn’t good and could hear the cook putting stuff in a microwave instead of actually cooking it, in conclusion never again

Kind and joyful couple run business. The best vegetarian pho I’ve ever tasted with a generous portion of vegetables. It was so filling but since i ordered the Japanese vegetarian sushi roll as well, I ended up making myself extra full ? The sushi was a unique vegetarian recipe so the whole experience made my night. Thankful I will return to try the other veg options and bring a friend
