Outstanding dinning experience. The service was exceptional as was the food. The oysters were perfection!

Everyone was lovely, from checking in with the hostess, throughout our meal, the an acknowledging of our anniversary and making the entire experience special.

We arrived late and they had efficiently updated our reservation. The food was great and it was easy to hold a conversation in the area we were seated.

Ambience, view and professionalism of staff is impeccable...things were a bit slow due to understaffing and they took the right approach with not charging for the coffee, Diego (excellent bartender) offering free limoncellos after dinner, and the wait staff laughing at our (dumb) jokes. Food was good, a bit pricey for what you get but the vibe is what you come for and the drinks were very good. This is my third time here and I would come back again.

Went twice to William Gray. First night for dinner and service was exceptional. Only problem was weather. So want back for a drink the following night. Food very good i had burger... the starters are limited.. but overall good experience

Staying at the WG hotel. Our burger came out burnt. We mentioned it to the waiter and he said “in Canada this is how it's cooked” - our response was actually we are from Canada and we don't eat burnt burgers. Bad service. Overpriced.

If you want to eat with bees flying and buzzing around you, this is the place! And I mean a lot of bees. The ambiance that we were expecting were ruined by this. I also have to repeat my water refill request to our server thrice. Food serving was small for the price. Other than this, overall experience was OK but we will not return.

Outstanding service, beautiful views, delicious food and phenomenal cocktails. What more could you want? Highly recommend!

Booked for 9:30 pm arrived on time unfortunately valet parking was full and had to park on the street I was told there is private party no parking available for residents guests . Hope the management notified us earlier. Night was chilli and roof top was a bit cold but we were offered blankets to keep us warm

We had a phenomenal meal! The Seabass, and the ceviche were out of this world! Service was excellent and the vibe was fantastic!

This restaurant is actually a lovely rooftop bar with fabulous views! Charlie, our server, was on top of things constantly! He was friendly, efficient and kept things moving. The drinks were fun and our lobster ravioli was to die for! But, the crispy truffle fries were probably the best french fries we've ever had in our lives! all in all this was a fabulous experience!

We ate on the Sunset Terrace because the other Terrace was being used for a private event. It was lovely. The charcuterie appetizer was beautifully presented and delicious. My husbands hamburger was wonderful and the truffle fries were plentiful and tasty.... Although we weren't expecting the extra charge for truffle fries ($10) rather than regular fries which came with the dinner. The only disappointment was the seared tuna appetizer that I had as my entree. This was supposed to be an appetizer to be shared so I figured it would be enough for a light dinner. And light it was. There were two very small pieces of tuna but they were adequate but the beets and watermelon were almost nonexistent. There were four small beets pieces about the sizes of a quarter and four water melon pieces about the size of a dice. Thankfully husband was willing to share his delicious truffle fries.
