Avoid! They basically try their best to cut costs in every way while charging you through the nose (I paid $67 for three meals). Honestly my meal tasted like frozen Asian cuisine from Costco with a mound of diced carrots on top.

Ordered General Thai Pineapple: two teeny tiny pieces of pineapple, tasteless rice; try actually cooking it for awhile to give it some flavor. Same hing for the Tom Yum Soup: dishwater with some limp vegetables. Garbage.

Not great quality, even for fast food. For a $16 plate, I expect more than just a bit of rice and veg slapped onto a plate with a bit of beef on the side. Most of the vegetables was just onions, and there was a few pieces of broccoli but it was not cooked at all. Very little sauce, very little flavour. Both myself and the person I was with had stomach pain and diarrhea within 15 minutes of eating here. It made for a terrible afternoon.

Pad Thai was straight up disgusting. Even an extra spicy version tasted barely like anything, just watered down ketchup with refried noodles and sour old chicken.The service was good though.

Service and atmosphere are perfect ! Fast and efficient.Foods quality is bad. No8 Pad Thai Sew always taste like the pan's bottom, and my stomach would always feel like something's up after eating even though I'm perfectly healthy. Although no food poisoning.Asked for more veggies but the quantity of vegetables seemed to remain the same.This is my second and last time unless there's a big thorough cleaning and inspection.

I’ve been here twice recently, first time I was probably the first customer of the day… I was served leftover chicken. The second time it was middle of a lunch hour rush and it was just as bad. The chicken was not fresh and had after taste of shrimp. You need to ask for ustensiles( the cook mumbled something about having to pay), how are you supposed to eat your meal?!A greeting and a thank you were once considered common courtesy.

I had the #8 with beef and level 3 spicy. The noodles were mushy and it wasn't spicy at all.
General Thai was good. Chicken was crispy and generous quantities. I’m surprised they have so many bad reviews

Tofu was still cold, it’s clearly premade and refrigerated or frozen, texture was horrible.Do not ask me to email you more details, that’s it. You have enough info. Stop gaslighting the public and doing fake PR and take action.Take a look everyone: despite my comment above, they continue to gaslight you into thinking they care, they responded with the same generic message asking for details to be emailed.No one is reading your review, they don’t care. Barely any Ingredients just rice and brown sauce, plus they charge for extra things that they forget to add into the dish anyway! multiple times the orders are wrong, I get you don’t speak languages that well but literally every time…

The need to share the experience I had here is a must, I want to cheer the man who works there, effective, fast, polite, respectful and you can feel his love for his job, the Pad Thai I had there for more than once were absolutely worth it.
