Thai Express Restaurant Montréal-Nord

I ordered Uber and once again imperial rolls were missing. I always let it go but this time I didnt. When I called resto the person didnt understand and insisted that she put them in. Basically saying I was lying, when they know by how many they have left. The driver left order with bags stapled so he definitely did not take it. I think its best to pick up and check my own order from now on. Its already expensive to Uber and then its not right

Although I had an issue (as per my review below) and after having reported it, Thai Express Management reached out to me immediately. I am satisfied by their initiative to resolve the issue and they even provided a credit to compensate. Outstanding customer satisfaction efforts!

I've been here a few times the past month and never had an issue. Last night at 9:45pm, I ordered at the store and was the only one there waiting for food. After 2-3 mins, more people started coming in. 3 people who came after me got their food and left. A few Ubereats drivers came and got the meals as well. I asked the cashier what happened since I was first and did not get my food after waiting 20 minutes. She was super rude, did not take any accountability or apologize. She was saying she's responsible for soup orders and all the meals served to the people after me were soup (which was a lie since I saw the meals being prepared). I told her if my food wasn't ready then to give me my refund and I'll leave, and she told me it's being ready so to wait. I saw the cook only start to make it after I confronted them. To me, it seemed like my food was prepared first and misplaced with one of the online orders. I understand it was very busy with online orders, but common rule of thumb as a cashier serving people, when you see someone waiting for a long time and you see everyone else getting their food who came in later, then that should be alarming, and cashier is responsible to check with the cooks (btw I only ordered 1 meal so no reason to wait more than 5 mins - 10 mins max). This experience really makes me not want to go back to this place again. Also, the meal they prepared was rushed, noodles slightly undercooked and was missing some ingredients. Truly disappointed and I did not even receive a refund or credit for the inconvenience.

Their quality is poor . I ordered for delivery the chicken general thai with fried rice with their promotion and my plate was stale. This was an order of 4 plates. My rice was mushy and stale. The quality of chicken also was horrible. I called and they didn’t do anything. I believe that gave me something that has been sitting for a while. I tasted my sister’s plate and the rice was fine. Mine was so gross I had to throw it away, what a waste of my money!! I won’t order from there anymore .

6$ extra for 4 shrimp in my pad thai.
99% noodles, 4 shrimp

Place is dirty, gave no napkins with soup, asked for water, gave a small glass. Food is basic. Cashier touched the key for the bathroom while making the food. No soap in the bathrooms. Bathroom dirty.

Not recommended. Sorry.

Delicious food - only thing is when they forgot my roll I waited about 15 mins for them to cook me another one.
Otherwise it’s a great place with awesome hot food. Well come back since we just moved here !

Great and fast service! I order for takeout online and call at the restaurant because I couldn't write any notes regarding to have one regular pad sew and one no vegetable pad sew online and the person on the phone had no issue to do that ❤️

When I pick up at the counter, the restaurant is very clean, maybe one of the cleanest Thai Express I've been in the Montreal area !

I order two beef Pad Sew there ! The portion is great! I don't know why people seem to complain in the reviews regarding on the portion size. Taste slightly bit too salty for me but aside of that had great customer service and food is good in term of taste and quantity! It feed a family of 3 and I think I found my new to go spot to order Thai Express from now on 🫶

My food costed 20.50 $ I gave 22$ .. I had noticed no change was given back to me when I asked for my change the Asian man behind the cash register said because I wanted my order in a plastic bowl it would be extra so he didn’t give me my change back … on top of that I ordered beef pad sew that was way too sweet and only to discover it had no beef … I felt robbed .

The problem is not the food, it’s the cleanliness of the restaurant. Everything is dirty from the floor to the tables and chairs and the windows and doors. And restrooms.

This service is the worst ever, not only are they dirty and inspection should go give them a visit but they messaged up my order completly and of course theycdont accept it and argue with me - no hot sauce, no peanut sauce for the spring roll , no utensils, no sorry they don’t care.
