The server was friendly but it was impossible to get her attention... took ages to order, we were given the wrong drinks, and again took ages to get the check. We never got offered to buy second drinks, dessert, anything. Just very inattentive.

I visited this restaurant yesterday and was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a well done steak, but it came out medium rare (as shown in the photo). I sent it back, only for it to come out undercooked again , twice. On the third attempt, it was somehow even worse. At this point I just gave up on even trying to ask for them to fix it again and was stuck eating something I didn't request, nor like. I honestly don’t understand how the kitchen could get a simple request wrong three times. To be fair, our server was wonderful, she was attentive, polite, and did her best to fix the issue. The poor rating is entirely for the kitchen. It’s frustrating when something as basic as cooking a steak to the requested desire becomes such an issue. Definitely expected better especially considering I've been here a handful of times and had no issues.

Do not eat here unless you want UNSEASONED and overpriced food. I don't know what the hell happened to this place but the service sucked, waitresses made it clear they just want their money + I got scammed into paying 40$ for 4 shots of tequila... when the 4 shots i initially wanted were 16$ off the group menu because I was with a GROUP. When I told the waitress this she didnt give a damn. I told all my friends to never go here again, we went for my friends birthday and we all left PISSED. NEVER AGAIN! Such a nice place ruined thanks to unseasoned food and Greed. Do better

Do not recommend if you are looking for a good time and plan to go out as a birthday event. Spend almost $600 in that restaurant to then still be told having to pay to stay for a party that was said to us we were allow to stay. Culture vulture within atmosphere would never go to this restaurant or whatever it is again smh, truly disappointed.

The service was disappointing. The hostess didn't know where to put us, alot of tables were open and not cleaned up. Eventually we were placed in a small corner with no space and beside a table of 12 where I server ignored us. Didn't check in, didn't refill our drinks or ask how we were doing. Her focus was on the big table serving them drinks, doing shots with them

I attended a watch party event at this restaurant. The event promoted a “first come, first served” seating policy, and we were among the first people to line up outside before the doors opened. However, we were seated at a table in the corner with no view of the TV, even though many better tables were still available.
We asked the hostess to change tables, but she refused without explanation. We were confused and disappointed, especially given the early arrival and the nature of the event. Thankfully, our waitress was kind and accommodating and she helped us move to a better spot.
Unfortunately, the hostess came back, confronted us about the new table, and even argued with the waitress in front of us. It was unprofessional and made the experience uncomfortable.
That being said, the food was good and our waitress provided great service. It’s a shame the interaction with the hostess overshadowed an otherwise fun night.
Good Lobster Pad Thai with great service. Always stop by and ask how is everything. Ginormous portion of food that I was unable to finish and have to take it home. This place got good vibes as soon as I step in.

I attended a work event in this restaurant; it had been reserved for us entirely. The ambiance was fantastic, the food was good, and plentiful. They had a slight problem with quick bar service; they should have been more staff behind the bar for such a large group that we were. But overall, it was a great place to host such an event. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'll go back to try as a normal restaurant experience one day.

The atmosphere was pretty upbeat and a fun place to be with friends when you have time to pass. If you're extremely hangry, would not recommend as the service is very slow and food takes a bit to arrive. Nice hangout spot though.
