Even today! Several times in quick succession I have received my order with an item missing from the pastries I paid for. I often check with the delivery person: the packaging is closed so we can see that it is not the delivery person's fault if the item is missing. So this comes from the person or department responsible for packaging your Tim Horton's orders. Know that this impacts the entire chain from the person who packages to the person who delivers. Uber refunds...
Obviously it's a chain, a Canadian institution however we didn't feel it worthy of ever revisiting again. Just above average food, nothing special that didn't make you want to return again. Possible breakfast menu is better for client
