Employés incompétents et extrêmement lents, ne connaissent pas leurs produits, je commande un grill cheese et le préposé ne savait même pas c'était quoi. En plus d'avoir attendu 15 minutes pour donner ma commande et un autre 15 minutes pour la recevoir quand le restaurant était à moitié vide. Vraiment un des pires, sinon LE pire Tim Horton!

The drive-thru operates quickly, with four people working there, while only one cashier serves customers at the counter. There is wheelchair accessibility, including a space allocated for wheelchairs and a boarding point leading to the entrance. Despite some issues, the restaurant has a loyal clientele who appreciate the good service and welcoming atmosphere.
