Ordered a twelve-grain bagel, chocolatine and milk yesterday night. Staff completely forgot that I ordered a bagel and they served 12 different customers (including those that came after me) before getting to me. I had to verbally REMIND them that I ordered a bagel, I was standing at the pick-up line looking like a dope. It was only then that they made it. Don't go here unless all you plan on ordering is just a coffee.
Always great! Wonderful service, smoothies, doughnuts, and coffee!
