Subject: Bad service experience at one of your branches

Good morning,

I would like to share with you a disappointing experience I had during my last visit to Tim Hortons. I ordered a large coffee, with 2 creams and 2 sugars, telling the cashier several times that it was indeed a large format. After four repeats of my order, I was finally served a medium coffee. I asked the person who made it if it was indeed a large one, and she said yes, but it was obviously incorrect.

I usually frequent the Place d’Armes branch, which handles many more clients while offering fast and precise service. The quality gap between this branch and this one is glaring. It's frustrating to receive this kind of service, which does not meet my expectations or the reputation of your brand.

I wanted to share this situation with you in the hope that an improvement in the service can be considered.

Good service, nice environment

I have been coming to this tim hortons since a long time ago. but recently the service is awful. Twice this week, i ordered food through my tims app and received different or missing items and when I went to ask the girl at the counter she would give annoyed reactions instead of helping and then she replies “we don’t have that” every time.

Bad service, long wait time, dirty tables and floors, inaccurate order, cold coffee. If you like being asked for money by homeless people while waiting in line to get served, go to that location.

Ordered through the app for delivery, and the app chose this location. Ordered ice coffee, a bagel, and a wrap. The delivery guy delivered a different order. The guy said that's what they gave him. Waited for almost an hour for a chicken sandwich and an ice tea. How I wish the app just let us choose the shop we want to get our food from.

Nothing to make the visit stand out, other than handed a bag that barely held my purchases, then a coffee without a sleeve and a sandwich in a wrapper. Might have been nice to have been offered a larger bag!

I placed my order using the app. It said it’d be ready at 7:52. I sat there waiting for about 20 minutes. Food was ready at 8:25 and the sandwiches were cold.
Very unimpressive.
