We stayed at the Hampton Hilton Montreal Downtown for 4 nights recently. We ate at the Tiramisu restaurant three times while there. The food was delicious each time and the staff were fabulous. They went over and above to make sure the food addressed my celiac but also other food intolerances. They cooked everything in a clean pan so cross contamination didn’t happen. Service is great. Friendly but not too much. Efficient and always there when you need something.

What stood out was the food. The branzino was amazing and so were the pasta, the tuna tataki and carpaccio we had. I was somewhat reluctant to see Italian with a Japanese twist but the chef really knows what he's doing. You can taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients. Two thumbs up.

We received excellent service and had a lovely evening. The charcuterie plate was well stocked, the four cheese pizza was delicious and the tiramisu was excellent. Many thanks to Simon for the attentive service.
