In my humble opinion, one of the best restaurants in North America. I have eaten at three floret Michelin restaurants in various European cities. That this restaurant did not get an initial floret when Montreal restaurants were reviewed is a travesty - the judging is clearly uneven.

Bad experience with telephone answering service. I left the message about reservation change for Aug. 2 on that same day. I've got call back on Aug. 6. Was not impressed with restaurant ambience. Food was not great and hugely overpriced.

It was wonderful food and service. The $45 glass of champagne we had 4 of was about a 4 oz tiny pour. I was shocked.

It was ok. Just underwhelming for what I was expecting. Watching Les Chefs every season and seeing how creative the new chefs and kitchen is getting into. I was just not “blown away”. I guess I was expecting more from this super high end restaurant. Got to be fair tho. The service was friendly and professional and food was good.

From start to end a delight. The food was delicious and the plates were beautifully polished. Service was impeccable. We were pressed for time as we had to get to a show but the staff provided for this time constraint in a non rushed way. Would have loved to savour more and stay longer but it is a great excuse to return to this iconic establishment!

L'agneau de Kamouraska ...le meilleur que je n'ai jamais mangé. Cuisson parfaite comme demandé, portion généreuse et wow...quel goût succulent!!! Normand Laprise, mes papilles ont été satisfaites.
Nous avons pris le menu dégustation avec l'accord vins de prestige. Quelle expérience! Le personnel est sympathique et attentif. Le seul bémol est que j'avais réservé pour célébrer notre anniversaire de mariage et j'aurais bien apprécié une petite mention à cet effet à tout le moins au moment du dessert. Malgré cela, ce fut une très belle soirée !
