We have been coming to Toda's for almost a year quite regularly and we have never been disappointed. Staff always very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is always very clean. Never any worries about the freshness of the sushi, they are well stocked and very good.

The sushi is delicious, but the service could be better and friendlier. For a long time we ordered a la carte 1-2 per month, but recently we have been very disappointed with the service. Sometimes the sushi was prepared too early, the tempura was wet and there was instability in the taste of certain specialties. Another time they came delivered on the wrong order date and to apologize they offered us their promotion to include in our future online orders our choice of sushi on promotion, which we found very nice of them .Last time I asked for a sushi pizza as a promo and they didn't offer it in my order and when I asked the girl at the cash register, she just told me NO, in a curt tone and without explanation and she recognizes me very well. At the price of our last order, she could have offered it to us, which is called customer loyalty.When you offer a product to a customer, then you have to respect it. They just lost good customers.

I order almost every week and honestly moving temporarily away from this restaurant was a big loss. The value for money is hard to beat. You will have to pay more elsewhere for the same quantity and the same freshness, which makes Tora the perfect restaurant to order regularly. Their take out is ultra-fast, I already had my sushi in 19 minutes following the call. Congratulations to the whole team.
