This is our favourite restaurant in the city. We brought my mom here while she was visiting us and had such a great time. The service is attentive without being overbearing and the staff are personable. My mom said it was the best steak she’s ever had and has already asked that we come back here on her next trip to Montreal.

Last night I, along with several friends, had the great pleasure of dining with you. Every aspect of our experience was exemplary and we enjoyed our meals immensely.
On leaving I realised that I had left my shirt/jacket at the table. Liam returned it too me at Honey Martin later in the evening. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness.
I have worked in the service industry my entire life and know that the service we received is not as commonplace as it once was.

The attention to detail is everywhere: plates arriving together like a perfectly timed choreography, each one beautifully composed. You want to taste everything on the menu.
The originality, the thoughtfulness, the pairing of ingredients, the assemblage, the visual presentation, each dish feels intentional, crafted, alive. DELICIOUS!

This was my first visit and I was extremely impressed. Came out for dinner with my wife. The staff was extremely nice, polite , professional and efficient. The food was unbelievable. I don’t usually rave about a place but everything we had was delicious. From the brioche bread. The oysters, tuna crudo and the beet salad as appetizers. Main dish was the duck and the bolognese pasta was incredible. Definitely recommend! My compliments to the chefs and the staff. Keep up the great work !

Great evening at Tuck Shop - the food was absolutely delicious!! Scallops were ok but the real winners were the fried mushroom & hangar steak. Service was ok, and the tables were way too close together to other parties, which was a little uncomfortable, hence the 4 stars.
Such a cozy vibe on a snowy Montreal evening! The oysters were perfect and the smoked mussel toast a standout. So lovely to an Ontario wine by the glass as well.
