Doesn’t work. Paid for 3 drinks and left with nothing. The robot broke down before it even finished making the first drink. Signs everyday saying 24hour support with a phone number, we called and there was never a response so I messaged the number and it tried to offer me a coupon for 2 free drinks. Absolutely ridiculous and just a massive scam. Stay away

DO NOT COME HERE. absolutely awful. there was no ice or boba in my drink, and i did not get a straw because the window to get a straw just didn’t open. definitely will never come back. i tore into the plastic cover to try and drink, but it tasted AWFUL and like something that might make you sick. again, DON’T COME HERE.

Le 10 mai, j’ai acheté un bubble tea via leur machine automatisée. La machine est tombée en panne et la boisson a été gâchée. J’ai contacté le service client immédiatement. Après plusieurs échanges, ils m’ont confirmé qu’un remboursement de serait effectué.
Malgré mes relances, je n’ai jamais reçu le remboursement, et mes messages sont restés sans réponse. Il est inacceptable de ne pas rembourser un produit non livré.
J’ai donc déposé une plainte à la Cour des petites créances. J’invite toutes les personnes dans la même situation à faire de même. Ce genre de pratique ne doit pas être toléré.

Just give your money to homeless people at that point my drink was hot no frickin ice! Trash experience!

Tried for the novelty, regretted after the first sip. It tasted rancid. Absolutely terrible and no option for a refund because there is nobody on site and no answer from customer service phone, text, or email. Complete scam.

Wish I could give it zero, this place was actually the worse experience ever. We ordered two drinks and both of them had no ice so they were WARM. Didn’t give us straws and when we called they said go to couch tard and get a straw. I got taro milk tea and it was blue?? with what looked like curdled milk in it. The taste was actually so gross and all the pearls were flat and old. Trying to get my money back and I feel like it’s not going to happen as I assume they are just going to ignore me. Please shut this place down
