I guess I've experienced the same treatment as many other customers. It's a shame since this spot has been serving banging paninis for years. But the service is awful, the older lady at the cash literally sucked her teeth at me after asking politely if it wasn't too late to add a drink to my trio. And also refused to answer how much the trio would be. There's something suspicious about the pricing... it is not the first time I've received no answer at all or a very vague explanation about the pricing. I never raised my voice or gave any attitude, I genuinely just asked politely if I can add a drink and what would be the price, she just mumbled something and then sucked her teeth at me. Not sure why she is even there if she doesn't even want to communicate with people.
I won't be coming back, the paninis are not worth being mistreated like that.

Baby loves meat sauce!

One of the most delicious food I’ve ever had in Montreal, it’s simple and at the same time it’s tasty, the pasta is delicious and the paninis ? Perfect. The fries are absolutely delicious, crunchy and soft on the inside, I really don’t know what you guys do but it’s amazing. Thanks and I’ll definitely keep going back

I’m been going here for years. My favorite panini restaurant. I’m surprised at the low rating but it seems it has to do with the service and little to do with the food itself. Wish this was franchise!

Good food but a big lack of communication misunderstanding on the other hand we have to agree with the consumer when the evidence is there!

This menu has no options for people with allergies, I have a peanut allergy and I tried to ask. They look so offended that I couldn’t order it because of my allergy. My friend later ordered one of the pastas and the worker was very rude while placing our order. She didn’t even try to seem nice or have a better attitude. This is located in the Eaton Centre and I am not impressed with customer service nor the food’s contents. Absolutely disappointing and the employees were not demure.
