First I dont understand people who complain about the heat. Its a pizzeria so obviously the store would be boiling. First time I went it was FULLY packed + the heatwave made it impossible to wait so I decided to give it a try when it's less busy and Bingo! Very good pizzeria in the heart of Verdun. I got their grand Ma pizza which was full of good and fresh flavors ; tomato sauce was good, spicy oil very tasty but lets talk about the dough : DELIGHTFUL. Tastes like a focaccia dough, very good. Staff heat the pizza on spot. Big variety of drinks too.
Only downside is the garbage bin thats always fully packed. I'd appreciate if one of the crew member took a 2min to empty it...

Came from out of province. Heard nothing but amazing things about this establishment. Decided to check it out and when I say I was left speechless⊠The pizza looked so good so I could not decide on just one and decided to try all 5! NONE of them disappointed me.The food was absolutely amazing and the service was great as well. Will most definitely be coming back in the future. God willing

If Iâm in the area, I usually âaccidentallyâ wander into Welldun and sit at the window with a slice. The Detroit-style gets me every time and if I decide to take out, I tend to grab two of different kinds as I can never seem to decide which one to go forâŠ

Time to invest in ventilation, seriously stuffy inside, refuse to eat in or wait inside, the staff is great feel bad for them to be stuck in there. Now as for the pizzas it was OK pretty over hyped up but wasn't bad, far from Toni's or Forno's Frankie's pizza quality, wasn't disappointed nor impressed, maybe was just a bad pizza day. Maybe I'll try it again some time down the road.

The experience was disappointing from start to finish. The smoky air inside had my eyes burning while I waited in line, which already made it unpleasant. After paying, I waited another 20 minutes for my pizza. The flavor just didnât land.

We were regulars and our last order was so disappointing. We always order the Grandmere (takeout). When I saw the pizza as soon as I got home, I saw it was paper thin, burnt and hard as a rock (you could tell just by looking at it something was not right. We still decided to give it a try and it was inedible. It was so hard you could break your teeth on it. I was obviously quite ticked off since itâs $35 for a pizza and I picked it up for my kids so I called the restaurant and of course, you cannot get a hold of anyone! I tried several times that evening as well as the next day, cannot get a hold of anyone! We ended up throwing out the entire pizza and ordering from somewhere else. Luckily I took pictures of it because I couldnât believe that their staff looked at that pizza when it came out and thought it was good to serve. This place is good when itâs good but unfortunately, Iâm not taking a risk again!

This is some of the best pizza in the city, so many choices and always fresh. However, the place is filled with smoke from the ovens. Iâve been in line for 5 minutes and my eyes are already irritated. I donât know how the employees deal with this for hours on end.
