Honestly why do other bakeries in Wellington exist. This is the first time in 5 years of living in Montreal that I have experienced a REAL bakery. The quality of the flour used to make the baguettes is a very good indicator.With Lescurier in Outremont we have one of the best, if not the best bakery in Montreal!
During our stay in Montreal, we decided to visit this bakery conveniently located just below our apartment. The initial welcome was warm, and we had the chance to try various items such as croissants and hot sandwiches. However, the young woman at the cashier was not very smiley and did not ask us if we wanted to take our purchases to go or enjoy them on site, which was our intention. That's the only negative point I have to mention about our visit.

It's a cozy place with not a lot of seats but very clean and modern. I love the viennoiserie (i would suggest the Pain Suisse), many kinds of bread, not a lot of pastry but super good (i tried the tartelette au citron meringuée and it was amazing!), they have also savory food. They have oat and almond milk for who, like me, is dairy intolerant.
