Passed by and thought I'd give it a try. I ordered a chocolatine, an apple square and an almond croissant. I received a croissant instead of a chocolatine, but no big deal. The almond croissant was amongst the better ones I've had here in Montréal. A good natural almond flavor with a wonderfully chewy texture and flaky crust. The apple square was also delicious. I just happened to be close by and was craving a treat, so I popped in and got the cinnamon roll. Lord have mercy it was decadent: dense but light at the same time, moist, and the caramelization top was rich and gooey. I've had a lot of cinnamon rolls and bake them myself, too, but this one really stands out. The sourdough flavor was gorgeous. I'm going back in a couple days and getting a whole bunch of those buns to take home with me for everyone to try up in the Laurentians......read full review
