There's no parking and the cups are too thin to carry very far. Both my kids' bubble tea cups cracked on the way back to the car. Lots. Of. Tears.

I had the loyalty card finished and they wouldn’t allow me to use it because what I ordered was $10 and the card is basically a $10 discount so they told me they can’t do that even-though that’s what it’s meant for so they ended up waiving $2 off my order.

I was there with a friend and the owner threatened to call the police on an African American because he asked for a sample cup. And the yogurt tasted sour so I asked the employee if I could change and they said they can’t because the owner won’t allow it. I was also looking at the toppings counter and I saw moldy fruits. Overall it was such a bad experience. At the time I was helping my sister look for a job so I asked the employees how much they get payed and they said $10 an hour which is illegal.

The cashier looked like she didn't want to be there for one. The frozen yogurt itself isn't even cold enough, just liquid yogurt.Mid service, bad quality.
