We love the bistro and have been visiting Magog for years for skiing. We finally made it during the summer and we are delighted we did. The food, presentation, and service continue to be outstanding. My husband and I both enjoyed the Table d’hote which is a salad/ soup, appetizer, main dish and coffee/tea. My husband loved loved (a lot) the Panna cotta tomatoe salad and cous cous main. We had the pleasure of dining at Le Bistro 4 Saisons during a recent anniversary tour of the Eastern Townships. From the moment we entered to the moment we left, it all felt right.

While out for a day in Coaticook I looked for a nice restaurant to have dinner with my wife. while scrolling I cam across Bistro 4 Saisons and I am extremely happy with our choice. Food was excellent, presentation was second to none, service and discussion regarding best wine to accompany dinner was great. All around fantastic experience. My wife and I will be back for certain and spread the word about this gem at the base of Mount Orford.
