“Excellent food, prepared on the spot, ample portions, friendly unique staff. The tzatziki is to die for. The atmosphere (over which Kouzina has NO control) could be better, but the food and the staff make up for it. Indeed, it is a hidden gem, hiding in a mundane run-of-the-mill older shopping centre but it's worth it. Try them out! You have nothing to lose but your appetite.“

“Loved their fatoush salad. So nice and refreshing. The problem is that you have to eat it fairly fast because of the pita fried chips bits. If you wait, it will absorb the vinaigrette and become soggy.
Their humus is also quite nice, very smooth and silky.
The kibbeh nayeh is also very nice but I would have like a bit more wheat or something for a crisp.“

“I’ve had shawarmaz all around Montreal and this restaurant specifically is one of the best shawarma I’ve ever had in my life and I don’t exaggerate specially when Ali is there he put so much love into the sandwich that it makes 100% better try it and you will never regret good job“

“The food was Excellent! Much better than expected. The place was a bit loud and there were a lot of kids but that can be attributed to the time of year. The prices were also very good, low for the quality of the food. Lots of space between the tables also meant you had privacy for conversations, if you could be heard above the children. On a different night it would have been quite romantic. The only downside was the service which was indifferent. Drink refills were non-existent and if you wanted something you had to get up from your table and go find a staffer. I believe we went a full 20 minutes without seeing any staff in the dining room. The diners were all looking around, confused. I believe that this night the staff were focused on a large group in a separate room but that doesn't change the fact that we all are paying customers and expect the same service. With even a modicum of service this would have been a five star review. The food was just that good.“

The food is ample as they don't skimp on the ingredients and it's soooo flavorful. Now that's what I call great Lebanese food! Keep up the good work.“
