It’s a perfect place to eat I recommend very much, the food is delicious and well prepared and the atmosphere is very good will come back😋

This is by far the best Dagwood's in or near Montreal. The food is always fresh and the sandwiches are made with care. The staff is amazing, super friendly and always willing to help.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. It is my go to sandwich place.

I’ve always had good experiences here, but today (Feb 21st 2025) around 14h30 I went in and just had a great time! The two employees were so sociable and friendly and the service was awesome. We already all know that the sandwiches are bussin at Dagwoods but followed with amazing customer service and kindness makes it 10x better!

Not the service you'd expect for overpriced meh type sandwiches. One of the employees is so unwelcoming she is definitely the type of employee you keep at the back or solely have her work on uber eats orders because with her demeanor she can tank your business if she continues to serve customers.

Ask for the sandwich of the day, poulet pané, delicious, reasonable prices, courteous service, will go back.

We ordered 150 lunch boxes for catering a corporate event. The owner was extremely helpful and polite. He even went as far as helping to drop off the lunch boxes at the venue when we did not have enough room in our car. We were very impressed with the service we received.

Unfortunately today was the final chance we give the Pincourt location our business. Ever since the change in ownership (although the new owner is very polite), we've had 3 very bad experiences in a row. Today was the last straw.

We've had the misfortune of being served the last 3x by the most unpleasant young woman we've ever dealt with in this industry. She's beyond rude, always with a horrible demeanor and treats customers like garbage.

For the price of the sandwiches (our should I say the overprice), your expect better service and quality of food.

Today we were met with rude service once again, but this time the food was also sub-par.
When you spend $50+ on 3 large sandwiches and ask for only a few toppings, it's ridiculous that they are skimping on lettuce. 2 of the 3 sandwiches only wanted lettuce, Mayo and dagwoods sauce and we barely got any.

When customers pay your high prices for these sandwiches, you shouldn't be stingy on the toppings.

Shame on you for allowing employees like this to represent you. As a new owner, I'd sooner work the shifts myself than allow a horrible employee like that serve my customers.
The last time I was there I even heard her speak rudely to the owner! She was even rolling her eyes at you right in front of a restaurant full of customers as you spoke to her about something in the drink fridge.

I've supported this location for many many years and have given you too many chances.

I take reviewing restaurants very seriously as I have several friends in this industry. It took a lot for me to decide to write this, but it deserves to be said once and for all.

I went on a quiet Sunday afternoon, and there was no more whole wheat bread, and the toaster was broken. And it’s still 5 stars! The sandwich was delicious and the young lady serving me was very polite and courteous. The dining room was clean and tidy. I don’t think this place could ever disappoint me! :)
