We came in with a large group (20+) and the manager (Melody?) and her staff including (Grayson?) were AMAZING. They provided excellent service and excellent sandwiches. Some in the group said it was the best Subway sandwich they'd had in years! I hope management recognizes their efforts.
For a long time we have always ordered the 12” cold meat. Today it no longer had the same taste, less meat, and a very spicy taste. Also we had the impression that the 12” was smaller.
I will hesitate to return I think.
Following the restaurant owner's response, I believe that there was indeed an error in the order. My wife ordered a 12” cold meat and the clerk gave her a BLT.

I don't love Subway. But the Tim Hortons was extremely packed. Glad we went tho, very fast service and they serve coffee now which is why I needed Tim's.The girl working there was very very helpful and efficient. Thx ?
