Pitiful service! unable to understand the order at the drive-thru. I had to go inside. None Hello! 5 people at the drive-thru and only one to serve the people inside. No thanks.
Give the food and continue on your way.
Cleanliness leaves much to be desired.
Is this the service of 2024 now for Tim Horton?

I wish I had a video of this!!! Saturday morning a couple workers (Teens) were literally dancing twirling each other inside right in front of the drive through window WHILE we were waiting in our car to get our order. There was a HUGE lineup of cars waiting to be served. No sense of urgency what do ever!!!
On top if that they forgot an item that I had ordered but it was too late to come back.
The bag had some kind of sauce smeared under so my son’s got his dress pants dirty.
Also we received extra greasy wrappers for our Tim matin!
Worse service!

We went there is morning, I need to write a review for one of the stuff called Chase , the guy is super nice and helpful. My kids asked many things and he was very helpful and nice . Thank you Chase.

The people at the drive-through were friendly and spoke both languages, but she couldn't hear well over their monitor. For a muffin, it took about 20 minutes waiting in the car line, with three people in line. The person in front of my car only ordered an iced capp, it's not like it was a large order. It was disappointing, as I was in a rush. They took extra long with no justification, even when I asked why it took so long. At least the muffin was good.

MY wife wanted brown bread rotis, they didn't have any for 2 days, she had a croissant with jam, they didn't have a knife for spreading. Another thing, prices vary a lot from one Tim to another
