I have to admit I was baffled by the service. My food was pretty slow...probably 10 mins...but then I waiting another 10 mins for a medium black coffee. There seemed to be one competent employee in the entire place and she was doing her best but everyone else seemed completely out of it. I honestly think I would have been sitting and eating more quickly at a sit down restaurant.

time after time i think it’s going to be different but its never is!
i go here almost on the daily and i usually order a bagel cream cheese bacon and a caramel iced cap no whip cream. it ALWAYS takes at least 10 mins whether i go inside or the drive through. it shouldn’t take that long if my order is ALWAYS missing something. i’m either missing MY STRAW for my iced cap ( which happens countless times which i couldn’t understand being from the restaurant industry) or my bacon is missing on my bagel or they put WRONG kind of cheese. THEN when you tell them about it they look at you with a dirty look like your the one that made the mistake when it says that i had bacon on my bagel or even when I’m MISSING my straw for my drink that i can’t drink without a straw. it’s not the hardest task to do out there anyways at this point i’ve given them so many chances i will not be going back there.

One of the slowest drive thru and rude staff. The Beaconsfield Tim Hortons is much faster and friendly. Will be avoiding this Timmies if I can.
