This short black haired guy gave me my wrap with no napkins….he had no gloves on before handing over my food and was on his phone showing it to a young lady while I was waiting in drive through. By then, I was waiting a ridiculous amount of time and my food was cold.

around 3pm, I was ordering a coffee and a donut and the employee that was taking my order (a girl with black hair) was being extremely rude to me. The entire time she was taking my order she kept making rude gestures, giving me a nasty look, and overall just seemed like she was annoyed to be doing her job and was taking it out on me. After I ordered, I waited 10 minutes for a coffee, and 5-7+ minutes to get a donut. It was ridiculous, the coffee was cold and curdled, and the donut was stale.

waited 7+ mins in the drive through and got very rude behaviour from a young lady with black hair around 3-4 P.M simply order8!) a coffee and waiting 7+ minutes is ridiculous. When i finally made it to the window she was leaning against the wall and gave me the worse stink eye before deciding to make my coffee. Worst experience by far.

I don’t know what has happened since everyone has changed in staff, and the district manager changed but the staff are clueless and EXTREMELY rude. The service is absolutely awful and I have never had to argue about an order in my life this much. I ordered a simple coffee and the person at the window stared at me like I ordered something that out of horror movie and as if I was speaking gibberish. Do better please because this is ridiculous at this point. I have your staff staring at me and mouthing off at me under their breathe in a foreign language when all I wanted at 6:30AM in the morning was a coffee and muffin. Please resolve this issue and if you are hiring new staff please teach them the basics of service.

The only time I get good service is when Dylan and Rachel are working so maybe have them train the new employees? Cause this is depressing.

No management, people yelling at eachother, messed up my drive through order (didn’t make half of the food) and after waiting in a long line they told us to go inside and reorder. Spent 30 minutes waiting for a sandwhich.

I have consistently bad service here, very often the staff is disorganized and service is abysmally slow. These kids can’t even pour soup in under 20min.

My review is one simple question....... who is the genius who decided to wash the ice cap machine on a Saturday at 4pm with a 1$ ice cap coupon in the app following the jays performance? Then to boot it was already ordered with the app and god forbid they make it easy to cancel an order. After some arguing the manager finaly did it... but why couldn't you just stay with that instead of suggesting i come back in 30 minutes? Horrible experience

Very slow in AM drive tru

I have to admit I was baffled by the service. My food was pretty slow...probably 10 mins...but then I waiting another 10 mins for a medium black coffee.
There seemed to be one competent employee in the entire place and she was doing her best but everyone else seemed completely out of it. I honestly think I would have been sitting and eating more quickly at a sit down restaurant.
