“Absolutely loved our visit to Toujours Mikes! Every dish we tried was a hit.
The Thai poutine was bursting with flavor—crispy fries, tender toppings, and a perfectly balanced sauce that made it both comforting and exciting.
The Pizza Québécoise was incredible: perfectly baked crust, lots of gooey cheese, and generous, smoky bacon that made every slice satisfying. And the Volcano dessert was the perfect finale—warm, rich chocolate brownie topped with creamy vanilla ice cream, pure indulgence. Generous portions, great presentation, and consistently delicious food made this a truly memorable meal. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!“

“I finally tried this very hyped restaurant. It is worth it. We got lucky on a cold Sunday at 13h there was barely any wait. The service was very quick. The menu is quite small but they master what’s on there. You get to pick your noodle size (6 choices). The portions are HUGE and the price very fair.“

“We had the mango salad, wonton soup, veggie dumplings, veggie spring rolls, spicy chicken, and garlic eggplant with a single serving of rice. That was enough for all four of us to be well-fed and satisfied.

The staff were also SO nice. We had a baby with us and they were all so kind and understanding.“

“This phở joint serves some Vietnamese specialties like rice noodle and grilled pork (Bún thịt nướng) and fried tofu with shrimp paste (Bún đậu mắm tôm), the fermented shrimp paste sauce was overly intense and was swapped out for a milder fish sauce. The food was delicious, though the service can sometimes come off as grouchy. The dessert Ché Ba Màu is a must.“

“I've known this place for over nearly 2 decades and it was the very first restaurant I went after arriving.
Throughout the years, Ive been here numerous times and, unlike other Mikes, this one never disappoints. The portion might have reduced due to inflation but, the taste and quality remains the same as I remember.
Today is my mom's bday and she wanted to visit. We had a very awesome experience with friendly staff, clean table, quiet atmosphere and a small surprise gift from the staffs.
The only negative side I would say is the portion has gone a bit too small compare to previous years but it is the same trend in all places. But the superbe service made up for it and I would certainly keep ordering and visiting this place. I just hope this restaurant never closes after Place Versailles shuts down“

“This is my no.1 favorite place in downtown Montreal. It is super cheap the food is super good and the vibe is really nice. The staffs are really really friendly. The place is pretty lowkey but still loved it so much. Definitely comeback here every time I visited Montreal.“

“Yeah, the decor and atmosphere feel like a Manhattan Bowery noir--not a place to bring a fancy date... Customer service is basic but honest. The food is surprisingly good: I had the salt-and-pepper chicken, the spicy eggplant, and some Singapore noodles. They could have soaked the eggplant in salt before cooking them, but the taste is fine. I'd go back and sample more, definitely.“

“Service is always great, from the hostess to the server we always have a great experience. Could use some experience in the kitchen as food is not consistent from time to time. The sauces arent the same, the fish from the fish n chips is often slightly under cooked but very tasty everytime“
