“Atmosphere is beautiful, staff is friendly but… super disorganized. I ordered hot chocolates and cappuccinos to go but it took 30 minutes to make. Our drinks weren’t hot, not even warm… I also ordered the chicken schnitzel sandwich with waffle fries that came out in no time but I still had to wait 30 minutes for my drinks. So as you would expect my food was cold since it was to go. There is potential here, staff need to synchronize and communicate. Sure I could have gone back in and asked to redo my order but I didn’t feel like waiting another 30 minutes to get the same outcome.“

“I’m not a huge fan of Starbucks but this Starbucks is one of the best ones I’ve gone so far. The staff seems to really enjoy their work and their customer service is excellent. I always think the coffee is overpriced but this Starbucks makes it worth it. Their coffee taste always the best! I love their little stickers too! So happy to have found my favorite Starbucks near my work ?“
