“Atmosphere is beautiful, staff is friendly but… super disorganized. I ordered hot chocolates and cappuccinos to go but it took 30 minutes to make. Our drinks weren’t hot, not even warm… I also ordered the chicken schnitzel sandwich with waffle fries that came out in no time but I still had to wait 30 minutes for my drinks. So as you would expect my food was cold since it was to go. There is potential here, staff need to synchronize and communicate. Sure I could have gone back in and asked to redo my order but I didn’t feel like waiting another 30 minutes to get the same outcome.“

“My initial visit earlier this month to Starbucks Pointe Claire in Fairview Mall didn’t go as expected. I had an unpleasant interaction with a staff member on duty, who was not very friendly and provided me with poor customer service. I was disappointed by that, especially considering the values this company promotes.
After calling back a few days later and speaking with a supervisor named Sheila, she decided to step in and help. She apologized for the experience, showed genuine empathy, and kindly invited me to return. Her professionalism and compassion helped me feel better about my initial visit and I want to thank her for that. What started off as a negative, turned into a much more positive and lasting impression.“
