New Restaurants in Pointe Claire

“Great food .. pasta genovese was fantastic.. but a tad on the cold side. Not sure if it has maybe waited on the kitchen counter for one too many minutes though the service wasn’t the fastest either. Maybe 1 waiter shorts as I think they were only 2. Restaurant itself was well designed and charming but room temperature a little on the cold side as my finger tips and toes felt it all night so wasn’t necessarily the most comfortable dinner I’ve had.That being said the tuna carpaccio was fantastic and so was the beef tartare.Overall B+ for me“

“Atmosphere is beautiful, staff is friendly but… super disorganized. I ordered hot chocolates and cappuccinos to go but it took 30 minutes to make. Our drinks weren’t hot, not even warm… I also ordered the chicken schnitzel sandwich with waffle fries that came out in no time but I still had to wait 30 minutes for my drinks. So as you would expect my food was cold since it was to go. There is potential here, staff need to synchronize and communicate. Sure I could have gone back in and asked to redo my order but I didn’t feel like waiting another 30 minutes to get the same outcome.“
