Tried the new poutine and was underwhelmed by the poutine itself. The fries are usually amazing but in poutine format less so.

It was quite unique to receive the poutine in a pizza box along with the fork, I really liked that.

Parking is very limited. Probably best to take out.

There is still seating within the place and there is a screen that indicates how long until the order is served which is a very nice touch.“

“Only problem is the store closes early. Especially early in the week during the week when they offer carry out special of a large 3 topping Mon Tues Wed The store is always closed at least 30 mins early when I try to order. Sometimes much earlier.

Otherwise the place is exceptional they just need to be open for the official store hours“

I didn't even know there were any places making old-school subs like this any more, but Velos, which apparently has been around since the late 1960s, is as old-school as they come. Will definitely repeat. Look forward to trying one of their pizzas.“

“food was good, employees are nice and welcoming. got very busy and looked a little disorganized but they’re new and they still managed to pick it back up. the cashier looked very stressed out but if you’re patient and are nice to her, she is extremely sweet and makes sure that your order is the way you like it. i highly recommend this place, besides we finally have one in our area! no more 15 mins drives to get some quality pizza!“

Among many branches, this one has fresh and tasty ingredients. Also, meat, cheese and vegetables quantities are very good. You are not going to eat only pizza dough and sauce. I don't want to mislead you so don't expect an authentic fire wood italian pizza with premium ingredients like burrata etc. This is great "delivery" american style pizza. We have been ordering from this restaurant countless tines and have never been disappointed. The delivery is always prompt and the drivers are courteous. The quality of their meals is always excellent, especially their thick crust pizzas and the variety of pastas, in particular their lasagna with italian sausage (my wife's favourite!). I ordered the Margherita, and the mozzarella was incredibly creamy, with basil leaves that added the perfect fragrant touch.

I recommend and would return.

P.S. Takeout orders mean zero tipping, stop giving us the option. This creates discomfort for customers and you because you think that people don't want to tip you. If we judge that tipping is necessary we will give you a few things but putting the option when I go to pick up my order is not correct and does not make you want it. We pay for our gas to get there and we use our personal cars.

If you are not satisfied with your salary, talk to your manager or director so that you can be paid accordingly.
