“It’s been a long time since I went to pizza pizza. I used to go here and there when I lived in Lachine. The staff seemed miserable but the pizza was good. Tonight I decided to get some late night pizza and stopped in at the one on st jeans for the first time ever and wow the gentleman who was working was radiating happiness and kindness and working hard to please the clients. As I waited for my pizza I saw him be so kind and giving to the gentleman who came in to pick up an order. And even when I went to pay he had skipped the tip, (who does that nowadays?! Absolutely no one). If anybody it is HIM who deserves money. If anything you should be going to this place to give him the service (and a tip). Food was good too. Tried to volcano garlic pizza thing. Very satisfied!!!! But this man was what really left a mark. I wish I had asked his name but thank you for your kindness. Pizza pizza better give him a raise. We need more workers and people in this world like him. I would gladly give my money to you guys only because of him. And he deserves all the 5 stars.“

Tried the new poutine and was underwhelmed by the poutine itself. The fries are usually amazing but in poutine format less so.

It was quite unique to receive the poutine in a pizza box along with the fork, I really liked that.

Parking is very limited. Probably best to take out.

There is still seating within the place and there is a screen that indicates how long until the order is served which is a very nice touch.“

“Just had the 14 inch steak and pepperoni sub and was pleasantly surprised. I didn't even know there were any places making old-school subs like this any more, but Velos, which apparently has been around since the late 1960s, is as old-school as they come. Will definitely repeat. Look forward to trying one of their pizzas.“

“I made a 1st order today since I was intrigued by the Halal options. Delivery was made within the timeline. Food was good, but a few miss on the order is the reason for the 4 star. A 2L was missing from the combo ordered and the Halal Canadian was missing the 1 meat(Halal bacon). Otherwise, good overall.“

“The best BEST for place for pizza. I’ve been ordering here for more that’s 3 years. I like to test out pizza places first by asking for a simple margaritha or cheese pizza and I did with them and it was AMAZING. Good balance of sauce, cheese, and crust (they know exactly how I want my crust because they asked me, so that’s another plus). I then started ordering other things off the menu and it’s really delicious, you can tell they make it right then and there and put care into. I recommend them to everyone in the neighborhood.“

“My wife and I usually do not write reviews, but we feel it is important for people to learn about this little bijou. We have been ordering from this restaurant countless tines and have never been disappointed. The delivery is always prompt and the drivers are courteous. The quality of their meals is always excellent, especially their thick crust pizzas and the variety of pastas, in particular their lasagna with italian sausage (my wife's favourite!). “It's our favorite restaurant. The only issue we had was with the receptionist; she wasn't friendly, and we had to wait at the bar. We were with young children, and they told us they couldn't sit at the bar, which was confusing and didn't make sense and don't offer other place to wait. The pizza took a little longer than expected to prepare, but the quality of the food and the service made up for the wait.

My only concern was seeing people who appeared not to be kitchen staff walking into the kitchen area, shaking hands with the cooks, and then the food preparation continuing immediately afterward. The kitchen itself looked very clean, but this is something that stood out to me from a hygiene perspective.
