Very poor service. Server had a bad attitude and waited 35 minutes without taking the order so we left. The tables next to us were complaining about the same issue. The restaurant is also very dirty and I question the hygiene.

The Archibald Burger was fine. The service was terrible. I was sitting at a tall table right in the centre of the bar area and felt ignored the whole time. It took 2 hours to get a burger and beer. I needed to track down and stare at my waitress to get any service.
I ordered burger and fries and got a burger and salad. No one ever checked in with me during my visit.
I would have been happy to talk with a manager, but I never got to see them.
It's the worst service I have ever had.

Alexie was our server for dinner. She was very helpful and attentive to all our needs. Food and service was great! Would definitely recommend the restaurant

Got ripped off. We got 3 desserts and a beer for $61.84. Desserts were $12 each, subtotal $53.47, with 15% tip. So either the beer was $17 or they charged a service charge on top of the tip.

We enjoyed our meal but paying $3 extra for a Caesar salad, a small portion compared to the salad that had to accompany my meal and the dressing that tasted like mayonnaise, nothing like a Caesar salad.

Archibald is one of the microbreweries that has adapted very well. The beers are diverse and tasty, the menu choice is excellent (braised beef cheek is worth trying) Warm atmosphere

Very nice plate of beef tartare, accompanied by salad only, as requested. Exact order, impeccable service, not too much, just enough. There were two of us at lunchtime. The ambiance was average as the restaurant was at around 30% capacity in my opinion. I'm going to go back there for lunch next time.
