“I became acquainted with their products in Carleton-sur-Mer, with the “SÉRÉNITÉ” Beer, subsequently, I discovered their establishment in the Heart of the St-Roch District, in lower town of Quebec.
In my Favorites, the following beers: Classic “CATNIP”, “OSKAR”, “SHAKA”, “Show Fangs”, “SERENITY”.

I will therefore award NOCTEM:

“Very nice plate of beef tartare, accompanied by salad only, as requested. Exact order, impeccable service, not too much, just enough. There were two of us at lunchtime. The ambiance was average as the restaurant was at around 30% capacity in my opinion. I'm going to go back there for lunch next time.“
