Very good smoked meat with choice of meat; lean, medium or fat. Very good service, friendly and warm staff. The plate garnished with a good beer makes a good meal, don't forget the maple syrup tart, it's sublime.
Nice, slightly rustic place, perfect for tasting smoked meat. The meat was soft and lightly spiced, the chips and side dishes were excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The bill is a little steep, but it's worth it.

For smoked meat aficionados, you get a choice of fat content. The fries are a shoe-string format, excellent for dipping in the mayo that is served with the meal.
Prices are reasonable and my only regret is that I was alone for this meal. Will definitely come again!
