The smoked meat sandwich was so tender and cooked to perfection. Melts in your mouth. The horse radish sauce delicious and fries were great too. The entire experience was perfect. Will definitely be back
Always wanted to try a blood sausage and it was like liver, but better. Disappointed with the spaghetti and Ceasar salad, because the salad took up half of the plate and I couldn't taste the smoked meat. But they did have an English menu, thank God for that. And I ordered the white chocolate cheese cake. You can really taste the white chocolate in it, and it's not to much, a little heavy though.
I had an excellent experience at Fabrique du Smoked Meat. The food was delicious, but what truly stood out was the kindness and integrity of their staff.
