Order by Uber. The chicken tasted really bad, both skin and flesh. Quite intense mold taste. We did not finish our meal, we communicated our bad experience with the delivery service who assured us that they had passed the message on to the kitchen managers. I requested a refund, no news, no apology, no follow-up. I read the other bad comments and it is clear to me that there is negligence in the kitchen. I can't judge the service there but I don't recommend this restaurant at all.

yesterday August 22, 2024, we went to the Benny rotisserie 840 rue Bouvier to eat, that goes without saying!, half-price meal 19.69 dollars + full price 27.99 and a fountain drink 2.49, result; perfectly cooked ribs and two were missing on mine and one on my wife's half rib, very limited portion of fries! , I reported it to the waitress there was no positive reaction, it just happens it's not us who cut the ribs... fountain drink; Canada dry without flavor the waitress answered me there is certainly no more syrup!!, for your information, I had left a 1 dollar tip in the box no thanks, we didn't even eat half so much It’s inedible!! all this to pay 57 $ 68, much cheaper at the galleries of the Capital if we had known..., plus when we got home we had stomach aches, we are not fragile but in my opinion the expiration date certainly not respected look at the color of the meat before the meal in the photo

I order on Thursday for delivery. I was not reminded of the delivery but they still took the amount from me. The next day I called to have what I ordered on Thursday delivered. I've been waiting for 2.5 hours... still no reception... I call and the girl tells me that there's nothing she can do that it's going to happen eventually... I doubt it... NEVER! Not serious at all...can tell you that we're starving!!!!

The chicken tasted like blue cheese, that's not normal and it's not good.

In general it's good,But before charging $50 for poutine and a club I expect it to be impeccable.1- the chicken (brown) bacon poutine had no bacon and it was white chicken2- the club was made of dark meatI'm not saying it's not good, but when prices are high, so are expectations.On this good continuity :)

Fairly long drive-thru service. The chicken was excellent as well as the fries and the salad but the sauce.....seriously...the taste is not great and it is still liquid...probably the worst sauce I have tasted if ok compared to the others rotisseries.

Arrival at the restaurant at 6:20 p.m. It took 8 minutes before we saw someone appear at the checkout. And it’s not because it was a lot of traffic. I finally saw that he was hiding in the kitchen to text ?It was cold and the fries were soggy. Well disappointing.

Disappointed, disappointed, disappointed... ordered 2 chef's choices, received 2 thighs. Well it's ok but chicken too dry almost not edible. The sauce was very disappointing, too liquid. The fries were cold. We don't eat restaurants too often because of the prices but sometimes we like to treat ourselves to Benny's but this time we were very disappointed. At the price it is, it would at least be nice to have something edible. The service was ok even if it was not the cashier but someone from the kitchen who served us.
