I placed a $75 pre-order at 10am to receive delivery at 4pm. At 5pm, still no delivery. I went to pick up the order myself, which was not ready. No refund of delivery costs and tips… never again

Ordered Fried Chicken through uber eats .
Initially it showed 30minutes then the first uber driver waited for 30minutes food not ready another guy came in same thing until 4 people showed up and food was not ready. By the time it was ready it passed 2hours wait time ….
And finally the food got delivered I opened it , it was not cooked properly. I can see the flesh still covered in some Brown stuff.. reported it to Uber they said I have to adjust with what I got ….

Hello if I could give 0 stars. This is what they deserve and less. I ordered for $95 for delivery, which never arrived. I waited 2 hours before going to the restaurants. To be told by the manager that he had a lot of orders to make and that he hadn't fulfilled mine. But an employee told me he forgot to do it. I asked to be reimbursed for the delivery costs and the tip to Uber who made my delivery. The manager never wanted to reimburse me. Plus when I got home, my macaroni sauce and salad were missing. PFK crappy service and no phone number to speak to them in person. Only customer service which is not open after 5 p.m. If you want to eat fried chicken, order from another restaurant chain.
