We went there before a couple of days before Xmas - reception was great, a very polite young female hostess showed us to a nice table by the window. Food was simple but deliciously prepared and pretty fast (as they always have a high volume of people). Very clean as well. Great place for all ages, all generations and for couples. friends or families. It is a very good quality of food served for a franchise.

In comparison with the Vieux Duluth from Trois-Rivières, everything is dry as if it had been under the stove too long and lacks seasoning.

The food is delicious, the service is good, but being a restaurant with so many people the staff is not enough, if you need something additional you have to wait a long time to see if they see you so they can serve you, the atmosphere is noisy of course by the crowd.

Good meal but expensive for the price, ordinary service, the waitress seems very rushed. Clears the plates before we've all finished, puts pressure on us to choose the dessert and offers to take it to bring even though there are costs if we bring it back and tells us to weigh 3 times on the machine to pay knowing that you chose the tip.
The food was bland the rice had no taste the oregano chicken was dry and it should have been a breast but it seemed more like a half breast and the Greek style potatoes were overcooked
